She is an independent, industrious, and relationship focused change agent adept at cultivating high-level partnerships, influencing pivotal decisions with data, and building consensus across all levels to advance strategic growth objectives.
Diana is a senior HR leader and strategist with years of experience partnering with large, complex global technology and business divisions within organizations such as Google, Amazon.com and Callaway Golf Company. With this background, the CBC offers human resource business partnerships to small and medium sized companies and professional service businesses.
Companies today change often and Diana has led many change initiatives with executives. She can provide leaders with an unbiased perspective of their organization and assist them in assessing their current organizational capabilities and how changes may impact the company and employees.
Diana is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society of Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelor in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from San Diego State University. She is currently a Senior Certified Professional in HR (SHRM-SCP).
